Almond Tree Associates is led by Sue Mandelbaum who has over 30 years’ experience working in and advising professional services firms.

Prior to setting up Almond Tree Associates, Sue was a member of the senior management team of Spencer Stuart, a global executive search firm, where she successfully led many complex projects to enhance operational excellence. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of professional services firms and their leaders, and understands the particular opportunities and challenges they face.

Previously, Sue worked in investment banking with HSBC in London and Hong Kong, and as a management consultant with Accenture. Sue graduated in Management Sciences from UMIST (The University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology). She is a magistrate, a school governor, a trustee of major mental health charity and of First Give, a charity promoting social action and philanthropy among young people.
